END TO END

The MyMirai Experience

One U.S.-based coordinator handles the medicine, the travel, and every detail in between — so all you have to do is arrive and focus on your health.

01
Pre-Trip Consultation

We review your health goals, history, and priorities — yours, or those of the family member you are arranging this for — and recommend the right package and dates.

02
Planning & Preparation

We confirm your dates, share a detailed preparation guide, and handle the clinic coordination. You receive a clear itinerary before you fly.

03
Travel & Arrival

We assist with flights, hotel selection, and airport transfers. Most guests arrive a day or two early to adjust to the time difference.

04
Your Ningen Dock

A full day of world-class testing with English support throughout. A physician reviews the key findings with you that same day.

05
Time in Japan

Optional experiences — gardens, onsen, cultural days, or simply rest. Your trip is more than an appointment.

06
Results & Follow-Up at Home

Your complete written results are emailed to you after you return. We help you understand them and coordinate any recommended follow-up with your physicians in the United States.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Different reasons. The same standard of care.

Planning for your family

Many of our guests are arranging this for a spouse or an aging parent — often the person in the family who keeps track of everyone else's health. We handle the logistics and the questions, so you can be a daughter, a partner, or a son on the trip rather than a coordinator.

Building your baseline

If you already track your sleep, labs, and training load, the Ningen Dock is the imaging-and-biomarker baseline that consumer tools cannot give you — read and explained by physicians in a single coordinated day.

Travelling together

Couples and small groups are welcome, and common. We can schedule screenings for several people across the same days and build the rest of the trip around them.

TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

We tend to the details.

The practical matters of getting there, staying there, and being looked after while you are.

Flights

Most guests fly into Tokyo’s Haneda (HND) or Narita (NRT) airports. We recommend Haneda when possible for convenience.

We can provide recommended flight options based on your departure city and preferred travel dates.

Accommodations

We partner with excellent hotels near the clinic in central Tokyo, from modern business hotels to luxury properties. Premium and Signature packages include curated recommendations and booking support.

Getting Around Tokyo

Tokyo has one of the world’s best public transportation systems. Signature guests receive private airport transfers and dedicated driver service.

Visa & Entry

Most U.S. passport holders can enter Japan visa-free for stays of up to 90 days. We provide the latest entry requirements ahead of your travel dates.

Language & Support

All clinic staff working with international patients speak excellent English, and our U.S.-based team remains available throughout your trip.

What to Bring

We provide a detailed preparation guide once your dates are confirmed. In general: your passport, a current medications list, and any previous medical records you would like the physicians to review.
